| The Board has been made aware of a number of long term parking issues in the neighborhood. There is NO PARKING on any portion of your lot other than in the driveway, carport or garage. This means no parking next to your driveway, in your sideyard, in your back-yard or behind in the alley. If your driveway is not wide enough we suggest that you contact Pima Country on the possibility of widening it. If this is something you want to consider, contact the Architectural Committee for approval. Please note that parking on the street is governed by Pima County as the roads belong to them. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Board of Directors CCVII |

Dear Fellow CCVII members,
It is that time of year again when the weeds are starting to grow. Most residents are doing a good job keeping up with the growth. This is just an annual friendly reminder that it is easier to get on top of it before it gets out of hand.
In addition, the wild flowers/weeds that are in bloom do look lovely and bring color to the neighbor.
Tom Strain
Vice President CCVII
