The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) will begin a project in Fall 2026 to improve the Duval Mine Road bridge over I-19 in Sahuarita. This project is expected to be completed in Winter 2026. This project will improve the roadway by creating a smoother driving surface on the east end of the Duval Mine Road bridge. Preliminary work will begin on October 26 with surveying and initial field operations. Active construction will begin November 9, Construction is expected to be completed by December 2026.
