PARKING VIOLATIONS IN CCVII

The Board has been made aware of a number of long term parking issues in the neighborhood.
There is NO PARKING on any portion of your lot other than in the driveway, carport or garage. This means no parking next to your driveway, in your sideyard, in your back-yard or behind in the alley.
If your driveway is not wide enough we suggest that you contact Pima Country on the possibility of widening it. If this is something you want to consider, contact the Architectural Committee for approval.
Please note that parking on the street is governed by Pima County as the roads belong to them.
