We would like to review the most common venomous snakes and desert critters in our community, how to recognize them, where they are commonly found, and what to do if you are bitten or stung. | The Board has been made aware of a number of long term parking issues in the neighborhood. There is NO PARKING on any portion of your lot other than in the driveway, carport or garage. This means no parking next to your driveway, in your sideyard, in your back-yard or behind in the alley. If your driveway is not wide enough we suggest that you contact Pima Country on the possibility of widening it. If this is something you want to consider, contact the Architectural Committee for approval. Please note that parking on the street is governed by Pima County as the roads belong to them. It is that time of year again when the weeds are starting to grow. Most residents are doing a good job keeping up with the growth. This is just an annual friendly reminder that it is easier to get on top of it before it gets out of hand.
In addition, the wild flowers/weeds that are in bloom do look lovely and bring color to the neighbor.

The contractual yearly rate increase of 5% from Republic Services will begin on April 1, 2026. The rate increase is $2.25 per billing cycle (three months).
You may have gotten notice that you have a bill for $1.50 which reflects the rate increase for April and May. You should pay this bill..
Your May Statement (Bill) for service for June, July, August will reflect the new rate of $47.25
Just a reminder that the deadline for your 2026 dues is here. You still have time to get your $30 to Martha Crowell (Treasurer) by March 1st. Just stop by my house and drop your payment in the box.
